Virtual Fitness was established in 2006 and has helped many people from all over the world achieve their fitness and health goals.

Masters of fitness!

All of our trainers at Virtual fitness are qualified to Master of Science level in Sport and Exercise science, and this is above all our major advantage over other websites and online personal trainers. The fitness industry is a fast growing industry and unfortunately a lot of personal trainers and instructors are plying there trade with only a basic understanding of fitness concepts usually picked up from a little weight lifting experience in gyms, or a weekend course to gain one of many available qualifications.
A masters degree in sport and exercise science or related field can only be attained by a minimum of four years full-time study, so you are in safe hands.

Our trainers have a thorough understanding of the underpinning components of fitness and the physiological knowledge of how the human body responds and adapts to different types of exercise. Furthermore we understand the different needs of specialist populations such as the obese, the pregnant, the elderly and the elite and how their training should specialise accordingly.

What are the benefits of Online Personal Training?

Cost - Our programs are available for less than £1 a day, most personal trainers will cost at least £30 per hour - get the expert advice at a fraction of the cost. Combine your gym membership and one of our programs to help maximise your resuts
Access - You get 24/7 access to your online user area with your customised workouts and nutrition plan - workout in your time not your trainers schedule.
Choice - Workout at home or the gym or both - its your choice and your trainer will customise your program to your available time and equipment
Accountability - you will receive regular feedback and guidance from your assigned trainer and there are lots of tracker charts so you can keep on track and motivated to exercise

I work away a lot, wil I be able to access my workouts?

Yes, You get a 24/7 access to your own user area which includes your workout plans and fitness trackers. This can be accessed on Desktop, Tablet or Smart Mobiles so you can access from anywhere in the world with a signal!

How does it work?

Once you sign up through the website you will follow these steps:
  1. Receive your log in details and fill out the assessment profile, this gives info on your available time and exercise equipment, whether you want to work out at home or the gym or both, any illness or injuries etc.
  2. You will receive instructions how to download the app for our program.
  3. Your trainer will customise your workouts based on your requirements and set your training schedule to send you your workouts and reminders. These will then be available on your user area.
  4. If you sign up for the gold membership you will complete a food diary for 1 week and then you will receive a full nutrition analysis of your eating habits and a recommended meal plan.
  5. You will then be asked to complete the feedback forms and your training program will be updated based on the feedback and progress
