I work away a lot, will I be able to access my workouts?

Yes, You get a 24/7 access to your own user area which includes your workout plans and fitness trackers. This can be accessed on Desktop, Tablet or Smart Mobiles so you can access from anywhere in the world with a signal!

How does it work?

Once you sign up through the website you will follow these steps:
  1. Receive your log in details and fill out the assessment profile, this gives info on your available time and exercise equipment, whether you want to work out at home or the gym or both, any illness or injuries etc.
  2. You will receive instructions how to download the app for our program.
  3. Your trainer will customise your workouts based on your requirements and set your training schedule to send you your workouts and reminders. These will then be available on your user area.
  4. If you sign up for the gold membership you will complete a food diary for 1 week and then you will receive a full nutrition analysis of your eating habits and a recommended meal plan.
  5. You will then be asked to complete the feedback forms and your training program will be updated based on the feedback and progress
